The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) hosts a website which provides free information about ocean topics, featured science topics, highlights of news items, etc. This website can be used by anyone, but it is directed more towards high school and college students. WHOI, the world’s largest private, nonprofit ocean research, engineering and education organization, is located at 266 Woods Hole Road, Woods Hole, MA 02543 (508-289-2252) and exists on membership donations and grants.
